Where's the middle man?

Last year, Lopetrial, in error, requested only a bunch of very young players, in their early 20's. So the squad was unexperienced and was not up for the challenge. Now this year he wants old players, in their 30's, because he says they add experience (for sure he was quoting Captain Obvious).

Next year is the one where he'll request players in their mid to late 20's??
