Roman Abramovich is now an Israeli citizen

Why? Because that allows him to enter Britain without a visa. An investor visa, no less, that the UK government now seems less interested in granting him. Apparently, this all came about because of the tough new rules introduced in 2015 which would force Abramovich to explain how he acquired his fortune before being allowed to enter the UK.

Once we get past the total BS of this "explanation", there is really no reason to use this BS as a matter of fact. Why would the British care how he amassed his fortune? With all due respect, Mr. Abramovich attained and uses his fortune in ways that are truly worthy of the British!!!! That is, by amassing hordes of local wealth in a foreign territory and transferring and investing most of it in London. Just like the British did for centuries, when they pillaged the entire planet and used the proceeds to prop up the Royal Family and capital, London.

Mirror Mirror on the wall, who's the greatest hypocrite of them all?
The British ... what an annoying crowd.
By the way, Abramovich has apparently dropped the BS-based visa application.
Imagine the same was asked to all UK citizens trying to enter ... Bangladesh or India or certain African countries ...

"Oh, you are from Britain, Sir ... I see ... and you live in London, Sir ... so you must be rich, Sir ... why do you want to enter Bangladesh, Sir? ... and how did you become so bloody rich, Sir?"
